How to get help from the FiveGuardian5 support team and what information to include in your request.

How to get help

The FiveGuardian5 support team handles requests about the service. Before opening a request, check whether your case is covered in these guides:

If the problem continues, contact the FiveGuardian5 support team through the channel below.

What information to include

A complete request gets resolved much faster. Always include:

  • Device name: the name of your laptop (in Windows, find it under Settings, System, About).
  • Approximate date and time the problem happened, with your time zone.
  • Screenshot of the message or window you see.
  • Where you were: office, home, hotel, airport, and the Wi-Fi network name if public.
  • What you were trying to do and which guide steps you already tried.
  • For blocked sites: the exact address of the site and why you need it for work.
Never send your password, verification codes or patient information in a support request. The FiveGuardian5 support team will never ask for them.

Contact

FiveGuardian5 support: [FIVEGUARDIAN5 SUPPORT CONTACT]

If you cannot reach the internet from your laptop, use another device (for example, your phone) to contact support.

In the admin panel, the help menu items (Documentation, Troubleshooting, Email support, Forum, Slack and Feedback) bring you to this documentation. For comments or suggestions about the service or the panel, also use the support contact above.

For administrators

If you administer the panel, also include in your request the affected panel section (for example, Peers or Access Control › Policies), the resource name and, if applicable, the time of the event in Activity › Audit Events. For changes that could affect connectivity for all users, coordinate with the FiveGuardian5 support team before applying them.
